NMITE Open for Business

From the 29th November to 6th December, NMITE took part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge – the nation’s largest matched funding campaign.

Abu-Huraira Ishfaq, member of the Pioneer Cohort, shares his experiences of NMITE so far. He talks about his background and how he found NMITE and the possibility of becoming an engineer as well as some of the highlights of his first few months of study.

New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering (NMITE) has converted its administration offices at Gardner Hall, Hereford into a makeshift factory producing vitally needed PPE items for both NHS acute hospitals and local care homes.
